FUN & FABULOUS DERBY HAT CONTEST What’s a derby race without an over-the-top fancy hat to cheer on the racers and keep the sun out of your eyes? In association with the Classic Soap Box Derby event listed above, the Fun & Fabulous Derby Hat Contest has two categories: Traditional and Outrageous! A trophy will be awarded to the first place winners. The children’s division is just for fun and does not include a competition. Registrations will only be accepted in person at the event.
