Dan and Jessica Ward had a fantastic idea, and are launching it (pun intended)! The Craft Cruiser, as it’s called, will provide weekly tours through San Antonio’s breweries from Friday to Sunday, and it’s sure to be a Texas Hill Country hit!

Craft Cruiser Friday brewery tours will be available from 6 to 10:30 p.m. with weekend tours from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The official grand opening will take place on Friday, June 10, with the first group leaving from Little Woodrow’s (2535 Babcock Road), and anticipated stops at Freetail, Branchline, and Busted Sandal, along with a bonus stop at The Growler Exchange.

Tours are planned for the Texas Hill Country, as well as Boerne and New Braunfels-specific excursions. More information and registration for upcoming runs can be found on the Craft Cruiser website at www.sacraftcruiser.com.

Two Tickets, Same Great Experience

The couple envisioned an experience that could be enjoyed by both beer drinkers and abstainers alike (considering the breweries often provide more than meet the eye) and have established two price points: a designated driver ticket for $65 and a connoisseur or aspiring beer cicerone ticket for $85.
