Big Tex, the beloved Cowboy Mascot for the State Fair of Texas, wants to bring a little cheer to his younger fans during their COVID-19 quarantine. He’s inviting all kids 12 years old or younger to join his new Big Tex Little Lone Stars Club. This brand-new club offers free membership for young fans of the Fair. Big Tex wants to help keep Little Lone Stars busy at home, while they are also learning more about the Great State Fair.
Here’s how it works! Every summer, starting in May and going through September, the State Fair of Texas will deliver free, fun, Fair-related activities for Little Lone Stars Club members. Each member of the Big Tex Little Lone Stars Club will get their own package, so parents should be sure to register each individual child in the home. A few days before the packages are scheduled to be delivered, parents will receive an email reminder.

Little Lone Stars will receive their very own “sneak peek” of the upcoming Fair from September 25-October 18. They will also receive a birthday card signed by Big Tex, himself. The birthday cards will be sent out every month of the year, beginning in May.
Ready to register for the Big Tex Little Lone Stars Club? Just click BigTex.com/LittleLoneStarsClub/ and fill out the form. Remember to register all the kids under 12 in your home individually. Since there are only a limited number of memberships available, they are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Club members are invited to show off their family’s creativity with the whole Fair community. To share completed Club projects, use the hashtag #BigTex on social media platforms. The projects can also be shared by emailing the information to [email protected].
