With the help of the Hungry Horse restaurant and Santa, the Boerne EMS Association will be serving breakfast Christmas day from 7:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. or until the food runs out. If you don’t have time for a sit-down breakfast, to go plates are also available.

The breakfast is by donation. All proceeds will be split between the Boerne Community Coalition and the Russ Brenner EMS Scholarship Fund. For the past 22 years, this breakfast has been hosted by the Boerne EMS Association.

When you walk in the door of the Hungry Horse, located at 109 S Saunders Street in Boerne, Texas,  you will be immediately greeted by Kendall County EMS personnel or maybe even by Santa himself. Breakfast, including eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, biscuits and gravy, French toast, tamales, breakfast tacos, cinnamon rolls and too much more to list will be served buffet style. Come in, fill your plate and find a seat.

All the food prepared Christmas morning will be cooked by EMS Administrator Jeff Fincke, Hungry Horse owner Steve Artale, and their team of awesome cooks. Once seated, volunteers will offer you your choice of beverages: coffee, orange juice, water, or hot chocolate. When you are done, the volunteers will clean up for you. What a great way to start Christmas morning! Great food, awesome fellowship, and no mess to clean up.
