The most exciting literary event on the South Plains is returning to Lubbock this October. The Lubbock Book Festival will be held at Mahon Library on Saturday, October 15 through Sunday, October 16. The free, two-day event is a chance for readers to meet their favorite authors while celebrating literature and storytelling. More than 57 authors will attend and offer their books for sale to the public, with a wide variety of genres represented. From beginning readers to the most experienced literary connoisseurs, from YA fiction to thrillers, there will be something for everyone at the Lubbock Book Festival.
