Headlining the Marble Falls Music Festival this year is country music superstar Mark Chesnutt. For decades, Chesnutt has been lighting up the music charts with his special brand of traditional country music that hearkens back to the classic sounds of George Jones and George Strait. He boasts 14 No. 1 hits, 23 top ten singles, four platinum albums, and five gold records. Chesnutt is sure to put a smile on the face of old-school country fans as well as a younger generation who appreciate deeply felt lyrics and twangy harmonies.

In addition to Mark Chesnutt, the Marble Falls Music Festival will also feature the popular Texas country band, Two Tons of Steel. They’ll bring to Marble Falls their signature sound that manages to merge both country and punk into a truly unique Texas offering. Joining the impressive musical lineup is Sarah Peacock, with her raw musical talent that forges rock, country, and blues into one neat little package which delights fans around the world. Several other local musicians will hit the stage at this year’s event, offering a taste of music that will thrill everyone in attendance.

In addition to the musical stars of this year’s festival, visitors can expect a wide array of delectable food options, as well as exclusively local beer and wine that are sure to keep the party going. Plan to get there early and take advantage of taste testings of the area’s best beers and wines from noon until 5 p.m. Early birds will also get to participate in contests to win exclusive “meet and greets” backstage with the festival’s musical performers.

The Marble Falls Music Festival operates in conjunction with FiestaJAM, a local Marble Falls philanthropic group. The festival will donate proceeds from the silent auction, as well as parking fees, and the sale of bottled water to local youth music education.
