Massive Alligator Caught on Wilson County Road
On Thursday, Wilson County officials caught a massive alligator on FM 536 just outside of Floresville. The road leads to the San Antonio River, the reptile’s likely destination.
According to the Wilson County News, the alligator is now dead. “It’s an issue of public safety,” said San Antonio Game Warden David Nieto. “The Animal Nuisance Control trapper on the scene made the call.”
Gators are found in South and East Texas, but it’s not often you see one so big out on the country roads.
