Broadway musical fans rejoice! The award-winning hit “Hamilton” is headed to Dallas as part of the Dallas Summer Musicals 2018-2019 season.

To call “Hamilton” a hit feels like an understatement. As DMagazine says, the musical has “won every Tony there is to win and sold every ticket there is to sell.”

Lin-Manuel Miranda wrote the musical, and it follows the life of Founding Father Alexander Hamilton. A complex blend of hip hop history telling illustrating Hamilton’s rise from orphan to revolutionary entertains and enlightens theatre-goers. The soundtrack is funny, catchy, and captivating and even invites historical-musical skeptics to become fans.
