Awakening Events presents a Hurricane Harvey Relief Concert called “Night of Hope” with a star-studded lineup of artists on September 20th at 6 p.m. in Grand Prairie, TX. In a time when those affected by Harvey could use a little hope, “Night of Hope” will bring an array of 20 plus Christian artists together for one night to the Verizon Theatre. Their performance will aid in the effort to raise relief funds for those affected by the Hurricane that hit several Texas cities just a few weeks ago.

On Thursday, August 31, 2017,  a few of the artists performing for “Night of Hope” gathered together to raise funds through a Facebook live concert event to aid those affected by Harvey. It was hosted by Natalie Grant and featured such performers as Danny Gokey, Casting Crowns, Mandisa, Jeremy Camp, and many more. On his Facebook page, Danny Gokey had this to say about the event, “You guys!!!!!! Yesterday we officially passed $250,000 raised through the Together for Texas Facebook Live Concert Event campaign!!!!!(That’s over double what the goal was for the night!). Thank you to all who watched & gave!”

In keeping with the efforts to give back to those deeply in need of aid to continue rebuilding their lives, “Night of Hope” will feature many of the same artists above along with others joining together for one night in Grand Prairie, TX to bring a “Convoy of Hope” through music that inspires you to believe in a brighter tomorrow.
