Nissan has completely redesigned the 2021 model year Titan. The 2021 features the most standard power, safety and tech within its class.
The standard 5.6-liter V-8 was best in class with 400 horsepower and 413 lb-ft of torque that is matched with a 9-speed automatic transmission.
Delivering 15-mpg city, 17-mpg highway and 20-mpg combined. Yet for my combined week of driving I netted 21-mpg.
The standard Nissan Safety Shield 360 technology includes class exclusive standard rear automatic braking, and class exclusive intelligent forward collision.
Titan XD remains the heavy duty hauler of the Titan family while continuing to offer America’s Best Truck Warranty.
If there ever was a truck designed for off road, it must be the PRO-4X 4X4 CC. Brake Limited slip differential and available electronic locking rear differential work together to help assure that ability.
The durable chassis design starts with the fully boxed, full-length ladder frame. The front suspension is a double wishbone design, along with twin tube shock absorbers. Hefty stabilizer bars are utilized front and back.

Pro 4X models feature a transfer case design to ensure maximum power distribution in every gear. It distributes torque to both ends and provides four wheel drive when added traction is needed on snow, ice, sand, mud, dirt, water or gravel.
Durable off-road perfronmance has been emphasized with features like Hill Descent Control, and Hill Start Assist.
The Safety Shield mentioned above also includes Blind Spot Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Lane Departure warning, and High Beam Assist.
Titan has a first class interior. The 9.0-inch center area display is the largest standard screen in the class, and is accompanied by the 7.0-inch meter display.
The Titan Crew cab model treats occupants to an available Dual Panel Panoramic Moonroof measuring over three feet square.
Outside, Titan rests on 18-inch alloy wheels painted dark finish and features a full size spare tire.
Titan’s redesign emphasizes the truck’s solid-beam construction and commanding presence with high quality lighting and interlocking grille. Speaking of the grille, it is designed with a powerful look and high degree of sophication.
The headlights produce around 120% more light output in low beam than previous models.

My favorite feature is located in the pickup bed. There is full lighting with four LED sources making it easier to use at night or early morning. The rear exterior design includes LED lights and unique tailgate finishers.
Titan is one comfortable truck! It includes specially selected seat and trim materials. The zero gravity seats help maximize positioning. Heat and cooling front seats are available. Available both in cloth and leather appointed trim levels.
Titan is filled with technology. Easy to use with understanding. Nissan Connect includes Apple Car Play, Android Auto, Nissan Door to Door Navigation, Bluetooth Hands Free Phone System and Sirius XM Radio, Traffic and Travel Link. I Love channel five (Oldies).
Government 5-Star Safety Rating is not available.
