Nestled in a quaint historic building on the Georgetown Square lies a rustic treasure that is awaiting discovery. Even the name brings to mind a place you want to be. Roots Bistro casual restaurant and bar is an oasis in the midst of shops and chain eateries.

Southwestern University is in walking distance, and the college friendly bistro serves up usual fare: burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, etc. Their pizzas are a local favorite and they are made homemade in their very own kitchen! However, if you have specific dietary needs, Roots has an abundance of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. Their salads are fresh and top notch! Burgers and sandwiches are a hearty portion and a good value.
