You can decorate the top with drizzles of chocolate and Reddi-Wip, but remember Reddi-Wip doesn’t hold up like fresh made whipped cream. Refer to my Peanut Butter Pie recipe for the real stuff. Don’t forget the mascarpone; it makes the whipped cream remain fresh for a couple of days. But if you’re in a hurry, Reddi-Wip’s always great! Just add after slicing and before serving. Time for a piece-a-strawberry pie!
