In a hilarious segment entitled “Facebook Rants,” Jimmy Fallon, host of “The Tonight Show,” invited actor Samuel L. Jackson to join him in performing real rants that are posted on the social media giant’s pages. Jackson has previously performed dramatic readings of famous catchphrases as well as the children’s book (or more to the point: adult’s book) “Go the F— to Sleep,” but in the video posted to The Tonight Show’s YouTube channel, he put his entire acting effort into this feature on actual Facebook rants.

As a Friday night guest (March 3) of the Tonight Show, the star from such films as “Pulp Fiction,” “Jurassic Park,” “Rules of Engagement,” and now “Kong: Skull Island” performed melodramatic readings of Facebook rants concerning everything from Girl Scout cookies to Walgreens, and even milk!

And with the opportunity to throw in his famous “motherf—–” line, he nailed the milk rant with a capital “M” (and a capital “F”): “Most animals will drink cow’s milk if you give it to them, they just lack the ability to get it for themselves. If they had hands, I bet they’d be drinkin’ milk, too. So, get off your food high horse already, and stop milk shaming me, motherf—–!” Jackson also used the opportunity to play off Fallon’s sense of humor by offering “The Tonight Show” host some acting tips for a more effective delivery on Pop-Tarts and Toaster Strudel. It’s the kind of hilarity that late night TV is designed for!
