The 12th Annual San Antonio Beer Festival is taking place on Saturday, October 21, 2017, featuring over 450 craft and premium beers from more than 150 breweries. The largest of its kind in San Antonio, it brings many a brew fan to the Texas Hill Country to experience a flight of unique porters, stouts, and ales, not to mention pilsners, lagers, and ciders, just to name a few!

Located at Dignowity and Lockwood Parks, at 701 Nolan St., the San Antonio Beer Festival works in partnership with the San Antonio Food Bank, for which a portion of proceeds will benefit. The event also worked with the Dignowity Hill Neighborhood Association, and the District 2 San Antonio City Councilman to increase its footprint, in order to enhance the overall experience for local and regional breweries and guests, spanning both parks as well as the adjoining Burnet Street in order to accommodate all breweries, businesses, artisans, and festival visitors.

Packed with unique brew casks together with exceptional collaborations, beyond beer, this festival also features great live music, a wine garden, food trucks and booths, a number of local vendors, as well as interactive games. For more than a decade now, the San Antonio Beer Festival has welcomed those 21 years of age or older to bring their lawn chairs and blanket, enjoy a day at the festivities, sample some great brews, and help the San Antonio Food Bank continue to do the great things that it does. Tickets can be purchased in advance for both general admission as well as V.I.P., and the event sponsor, SA Current, will be providing free beer glasses to those that present their tickets at their offices prior to October 19, or to the SA Current Street Team Booth at the event!
