Looking for a place to raise your “spirits” after the holidays? Check out the San Antonio Cocktail Conference, which kicks off this Friday, January 6, and runs through the 15th. This fun and unique conference is actually a charitable event, organized by Houston Street Charities, and donates profits from the festivities to local children’s charities.

Now in its sixth year, the SACC has received rave reviews from vendors and attendees alike, who have helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars to help improve the lives of Texas children. Paste Magazine called the festival “the future of cocktails.”

The conference brings top bartenders and cocktail enthusiasts to San Antonio for several days of delicious dinner pairings, educational and informational courses, samples, tastings, and parties. Featuring crafted cocktails and delectable dining from renowned industry artisans, the conference is a must for anyone who enjoys a delicious drink.

Before the major conference events begin, the San Antonio Cocktail Conference will offer several Paired Dinners, which give attendees the chance to enjoy a multi-course meal at a local restaurant, paired with select signature cocktails. This year’s Paired Dinners include Rebelle with Balcones Distilling, Chisme with Roca Patron, Two Brothers BBQ with Sazarac, and many more.

Events are individually priced, and all activities are open to the public. Multi-event tickets are available as well, so you can enjoy as little or as much of the conference as you like. Some events are already sold out, so visit sacocktailconference.com today to check out the schedule and join in the fun!
