The countdown to Christmas is on, and with less than 2 weeks left, you can make plans to track Santa Claus and his epic journey across the world with the help of NORAD’s Santa Tracker website.
There’s no better time than the present to get ready to journey along with Jolly Ol’ Saint Nick as he makes his trek down from the North Pole across the globe delivering presents for all the good boys and girls. See Santa, and his sleigh full of gifts, as his magical reindeers lead him from town to town bringing the joy of Christmas for all to see this wondrous season.
The North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) Santa tracker is live and waiting to entertain your family not only with Santa’s trip but also with fun games and activities for young and old alike.
Starting at 12:01 a.m. MT on December 24th, NORAD’s Santa Cam will be highlighting Santa’s journey from the North Pole. “Starting at 4 a.m. MT on December 24, kids can call a live phone operator at 1-877-Hi-NORAD (1-877-446-6723) to ask about Santa’s whereabouts,” shares ABC Action News. The website is available in eight languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, and Chinese.
A tradition that has been going on for over 60 years ever since an ad misprinted a phone number to call Santa and gave out a number for “the on-duty crew commander at the Continental Air Defense Command Operations Center,” shared ABC Action News. On Christmas Eve, kids around the world can also email to get updates on Santa’s location at [email protected].
