Scrumptious Pumpkin Lasagna

This scrumptious pumpkin lasagna recipe has been making the rounds on social media courtesy of lifestyle website Lil’ Luna. The recipe is easy to follow, and the final product looks as good as it tastes. This tasty little treat is sure to impress at your next fall gathering!

Pumpkin Lasagna




  • 2 rows of Golden Oreos
  • 2 rows of Pumpkin Oreos
  • 8 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 large container whipped topping (16 oz), divided
  • 2 packages of pumpkin instant pudding (3.9 oz)
  • 3 cups milk
  • white chocolate bar (for curls)


  1. Finely crush Oreos (for very fine mixture, use food processor). Place in a plastic baggie and add melted butter. Mix until well combined, then press into the bottom of a 13×9 pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and ½ of the whipped topping. Blend well and pour over crust.
  3. In another bowl, mix pudding and milk until thickened. Pour over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for at least 5 minutes to set.
  4. Top off with remaining whipped topping. Add white chocolate shavings for garnish.
  5. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
