Tiny Home Offers an Amazing View For a Hefty Price Tag

By  |

Usually when people look into purchasing a tiny home, they’re considering price as a main factor. Less square footage often means the house comes with an appealing price tag, but this tiny house at 850 South Kenyon Street, in Seattle is breaking that mold.

Many people will look at this simple home and wonder what makes this 2 bedroom, 1.75 bath, 605 square foot house so expensive. Curbed Seattle explains, “Now, at $315,000 it might be worth a look simply because of the rest of Seattle’s market. How else can you afford 108 feet of waterfront access in the city?”

The listing on Zillow says that the abode is only 20 minutes away from downtown Seattle, and it is walkable to nearby restaurants and shops. But the real selling point is that the home also comes with 108 feet of waterfront property.

The house is rather simple overall though it has everything one would need without any additional fuss. It’s already under contract, so perhaps the new owner will add some color to the walls to brighten its personality, or maybe they’ll spend all of their free time sitting outside by the calm water.
