Soldier Surprises His Mom in Special YouTube Video [WATCH]

In a video called “Soldier Surprises Mother at Work” posted to YouTube on July 1 , a young man in uniform sits in a park casually reading a newspaper. The video takes a funny and heartwarming turn once the soldier’s mom walks by him.

The video’s caption reads, “I told my mother I was to come home end of July, I came home a month early for a surprise.” This is the only video that the solider has loaded to YouTube, and it’s sweet to read about how excited he is about his surprise visit.

In the comments he wrote, “probably my best gift to her yet :).” He also couldn’t help but poke fun at his clueless mom, saying, “she went the wrong way at first that’s why it took so long lol.”
