4th of July deviled eggs

INGREDIENTS:

9 Large Grade AA Eggs, hard boiled

2 Tablespoons yellow mustard

4 Tablespoons mayonnaise

1/8 Teaspoon salt

1/8 Teaspoon black pepper

2 Tablespoons sweet relish

1/8 Teaspoon McCormick Paprika

2 Tablespoons vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS:

After eggs are boiled, peel of shell. Cut eggs in half lengthwise.  In a medium bowl, put in egg yolks, mustard, mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, sweet relish, and vinegar.  Mix well and place in refrigerator.  In two medium bowls, place water and food coloring, one bowl with blue coloring, one bowl with red food color.  Place 3 egg whites in blue coloring, 3 in red coloring and leave 3 white.  Place in refrigerator for two hours so coloring soaks in.  Remove eggs from red and blue coloring.  On a plate fill all eggs with mustard mixture.  Sprinkle paprika over the top of the eggs.  Enjoy with your favorite 4th of July picnic foods.
