Shrimp Stuffed Avocados

Stuffed Shrimp Avocado

1 Tablespoon olive oil, extra light

12 ounces medium pico de gallo

2 ½ cups medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup water

2 medium avocados

Heat a large skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add olive oil, pico de gallo, shrimp, and water. Stir, reduce heat and cover.  Cook 10 minutes or until shrimp is cooked.
