Not many people can say they don’t like chicken and biscuits. They’re usually a family meal go-to at least once a week. But this version allows the incorporation of that fun word, “slider”, into the mix! That’s right: not only are you getting two things you love, but you’re getting them wedged together in a meaty morsel that’s easy to hold, fun/cute to make and eat, and won’t have your family saying, “…awwww, chicken and biscuits again?” Mind you, that’s another rarity. This version takes on a whole new taste, however, with a chipotle honey butter as opposed to country gravy. It adds a sweet and spicy kick that goes well with the chicken. Add that warm and buttered biscuit, and you’ll practically cry, it’s so good!
