If Leap Days were lucky, the Hahn family would be the luckiest family this side of Texas.

Casey Hahn of North Texas turned both 10 and 40 on February 29, 2016, because that’s what happens when you have a leap day birthday. Now, he also has a daughter, Wells, born on February 29, 2016, to match his four-year-old son, born on February 29, 2012. Leap Day is quite the fun, surprising fair in this family.

He told Fox 4 that neither Leap Day births were intentional and his wife first noticed that it could happen again in 2016 as “she was like, babe, it’s going to be a leap year.” The birth of their son was also coincidental as his wife just started going into labor on February 29, 2012.

Also, he told a funny story about what happens when one has a Leap Day birthday: “On my 15th birthday I went to get my permit, DPS. Lady was chewing her gum, and said, ‘Honey, there ain’t no 29th in my computer.’ I was like, well, that’s when I was born. She had to call Austin.”

The Hahn family also mentioned that they will always have a great big party every February 29th to celebrate all three birthdays that are usually missed in regular years. It’s probably worth it since it’s such an incredible coincidence.
