Our gardens are overflowing with Summer Fruits and Veggies! So we thought we would let you in on a few ways we like to use the wonderful things that are ready around this time of year!

Recipe:
2 whole jalapenos, (stem removed, + or – depending on heat desired)
1 med. 10-15 sweet onion, (chopped)

I like to put the onion & jalapeno in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.

Add all other ingredients; pulse until you get the desired texture. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
1 pt. canned tomatoes, (chopped )
2 med. size fresh tomatoes, (chopped)
1 bunch Cilantro, (finely chopped, just the leaves)
Juice of 1 large Lime
1 tsp. salt
2 garlic cloves, (minced)
1 tsp. garlic salt
