Texas Mom Amazed by Mysterious, Flirtatious Note Left on Her Car

When was the last time you were able to take a minute for yourself among the chaos of everyday life? Sometimes we all need a little reminder that we’re special.

That’s exactly what Texas mom Brené Brown was given when she walked up to her car outside the grocery store and found a flirtatious note waiting for her. “You are really cute. I am going 2-stepping tonight, if you would like to join me. Call me,” the note read with a phone number attached.

The author of the mystery note? Her husband Steve! Brown posted this note on her Facebook not because it showed the kindness of a stranger, but instead showed the kindness and love of her husband, who had left the note on her car as a surprise for her exiting the store.

This kind of message is important for a few reasons. Not only does it show that Steve and Brené take time out of their busy days to give each other love and affection, but it also shows the power of the little gestures that can turn one’s day  around entirely.

The Browns are a beautiful example of pushing through life’s daily, sometimes annoying, tasks and finding the beauty in those around us. We hope, too, that they had a great time two-steppin’.
