Baby Reacts Adorably to Seeing His Mom for the First Time Ever

When his momma puts custom glasses on baby Leopold, he can finally see her for the first time, and his reaction will make you smile.

What if you went through your whole life not seeing your momma very clearly? That’s exactly what life was like for baby Leopold who, according to the YouTube post, “suffers with a rare disorder called oculocutaneous albinism.”

The condition affects not only the color of his hair and skin, but also severely impairs his vision. The day Leopold received his first pair of glasses is captured in the video below and how the baby reacts will seriously warm your heart.

As his mother fits the glasses over his head and around his ears, he looks up at her and starts to giggle. His inquisitive stare goes on around the room, but still he returns his eyes to his momma and keeps on smiling.

The look on his face as he realizes that he can finally see clearly is so tender that it reminds you that there is good left in the world, especially in light of the tragedies that have occurred lately.

Maybe all we really need is a pair of round purple glasses and our mommas coaxing us along.
