Tostitos has debuted a new, very unique chip bag in time for Super Bowl parties across the country. The bag comes equipped with a sensor that changes color when it detects alcohol.

The sophistication level of the sensor doesn’t go beyond a green “ok” or a red “don’t drink and drive” image, but the impact the company is trying to make is more a of mindfulness than a proper breathalyzer. Jennifer Saenz, Frito-Lay chief marketing officer, said in a statement, “Our goal is to remove 25,000 cars from the roads that Sunday evening.”

Fox 13 says that Tostitos joined forces with Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) and Uber to develop the idea for the bag and offer a discounted Uber ride via the bag’s UPC code. The chip bags are now available, but the Uber ride will only work on Super Bowl Sunday for the first 25,000 who redeem it.

For the most part, commenters on the Tostitos Facebook page seem eager to get their hands on a bag, but some are worried about how the sensor might be used. “I can see the news story now – ‘driver causing fatal crash stated their Tostitos bag said they were good to go,'” Christopher Michael wrote.
