Do you know this dog? ABC 13 posted the video below on their website, hoping to help out the people of Lucy Pet Foundation who want to get this cool pooch to the 2017 Tournament of Roses Parade. They would like to invite him/her to show off their surfing skills on their Lucy Pet Guinness World Record Breaking Rose Parade Float.

The dog auditioned for a spot in the parade in August, but for unknown reasons, the only information officials have is that the owner’s last name is Williams, they’re from Lake Jackson and the Pomeranian is either named Captain Gene or Jean.

According to their Facebook page, the Lucy Pet Foundation strives to “provide spay/neuter and adoption mobile clinics all across the country. The goal is to help reduce pet overpopulation and find forever homes for millions of loving dogs and cats.” Lucy Pet Products fund the foundation, and one of their unique creations is a “Gnarly Crankin’ K-9 Wavemaker” which will be featured on the float.

Since Captain Gene/Jean did such a great job at their audition, Lucy Pet is hoping to track down this star surfer soon! If you know the owner of this pup, call 855-499-LUCY (5829).
