Angry Neighbor Unplugs Bounce House with Kids Inside
A disgruntled old man abruptly ended a child’s birthday party when he snuck into his neighbor’s yard and pulled the plug on their purple princess bounce house while children were playing inside.
Police hypothesize that the man was trying to unplug the cord that was powering the sound system because he was upset about the noise. But who really knows what he was thinking since he should have noticed that the plug didn’t stop the music and immediately began deflating the bounce house.
“We were very nervous, and we were very worried about the kids because it was extremely hot,” mom Deborah Romero told CW 39. “And they were trapped inside the bounce house.” Luckily, many parents were attending the backyard party, and they were able to pull all of the children out of the thick PVC or nylon material of the bouncy castle.
ABC 13 reports that two children were taken to the doctor, but there were no serious injuries. A home security camera caught the angry neighbor marching up to the extension cord and casually walking away after successfully ruining the party. It’s unknown if he will face any charges.
