Known for two versions, Shady Grove features roasted vegetable or airstream chili, both of which they serve covered with jack and cheddar cheese, jalapenos, and onions. It’s authentically Austin and has been operating since 1992. Serving comfort food in large portions, it’s casual and laid back, however they take their chili seriously!
