After living in his Pearland home for 5 years, Texans defensive end J.J. Watt is looking for a home closer to the center of Houston. His suburban Pearland house is now up for sale at $465,000.

The listing on HAR.com says the house comes in at 4,169 square feet on a 10,877-square-foot lot. Even though the photos of the house on the site show that it’s already almost empty, it still somehow seems like a warm and inviting home. The backyard looks like a perfect place to unwind by the saltwater pool and cook up some dinner at the outdoor kitchen. The lake behind the home is an undeniably added bonus.

The house was built in 2005 and has four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and a three-car garage. It’s located in the quiet, family-friendly Shadow Creek Ranch neighborhood.

Those who are interested should probably jump on the property soon. For a big Texans fan, Watt’s stamp of approval might be the push they need to put an offer in on the home. Regardless of who has the home next, they’ll have some solid Texan bragging rights.
