1. Burnet BBQ Cook-Off & Music Festival

Lone Star BBQ Society is sanctioning the Burnet BBQ Cook-Off & Music Festival. Join competitors from all over the state of Texas to compete in categories ranging from brisket, ribs, wild game, dessert, and more. 2. BIGfest Music Festival

Rock out for a good cause at BIGfest Music Festival from June 23-25, 2017! The three-day music festival will be held at the historic Cheatham St. Warehouse and will feature nearly 30 artists. The festival is to help fundraise for the Cheatham Street Music Foundation. This year’s recipient of the fundraising efforts will be the Health Alliance for Austin Musicians. 3. Willie Nelson’s 4th of July Picnic

4. Bandera RiverFest

Cool off in the refreshing waters of the Medina River at Bandera RiverFest. There will be kayak races, water games, paddle boats, river rodeo, arts and crafts, car show, a cook-off, and so much more! 5. Balcones Heights Jazz Festival

The 24th Annual Balcones Heights Jazz Festival has a stellar line-up of jazz artists from all over the country on July 7, 14, 21, & 28, 2017. The expected turnout will surpass the entire population of San Antonio for the three days. Jazz fan aficionados have been known to camp out to stake claim to the best areas of the festival.
