Allen Brothers provide the center cuts of USDA Prime Aged Midwestern Corn Fed Beef, which is then grilled over mesquite at Peggy’s on the Green. Located in downtown Boerne, the atmosphere of hospitality perseveres since the building’s establishment as a stagecoach stop in 1859. Valet service is available near the front door at 128 W. Blanco Rd.; operating hours are Tuesday through Thursday, and Sunday Brunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., then from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., then 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

The dry-aged prime steaks at Jeffrey’s are a choice between all-natural Black Angus Beef and all-natural Wagyu beef, with all cuts aged and cut locally in Austin. Upon order, they are grilled and roasted over native live oak and finalized for plating in a 1200° broiler. Jeffrey’s was founded in 1975 and is located in Austin at 1204 West Lynn. Valet service is complimentary and the attire is dressy. Dinner service begins at 5:30 p.m.
