One of the most charming towns in all of the Texas Hill Country has just announced the brand-new location of their visitor center. The public is welcome to drop by the new Boerne Visitor Center located in downtown Boerne on the award-winning Hill Country Mile. This exciting move was four years in the planning. Now they’ve opened their doors at 282. N. Main St.
After stepping through the lobby doors, guests to the new visitor center have been left awe-struck, gazing at the 21-foot Douglas fir ceilings with their stately, well-crafted beams. The comfy “living room” is the perfect place to plan out your unforgettable Boerne experience. A computer is available for public use, and a staff member or volunteer will be present to greet you Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and on Sundays beginning in the near future.
The convenient downtown location is on the famous Hill Country Mile, which was recently honored by being named a “Great Street in Texas.” You can read all about that story at this link!
