Dog owners and lovers of San Antonio and the surrounding areas, there is a great new event you should attend! Saturday, October 19 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., experience the first-ever Fall Fur Fest at Cherrity Bar, 302 Montana St. This is a dog-friendly extravaganza featuring a pet costume contest, food, drinks, and vendors.

Hosted by Dog Friendly San Antonio and SouthPaw Waggery, this is the event for you and your canine friend(s). Your ticket includes entry for one pup into the costume contest, food, and a drink. Over 80% of ticket sales goes back to Cherrity, who donates 100% of their profits to local charities every month. Fall Fur Fest is the perfect opportunity to enjoy an event out with your best friend!

The Fall Fur Fest location is Cherrity Bar, which is a unique concept where three featured charities compete for bar profits. Patrons vote with tokens, then 90% of the profit is divided in a 60/30/10% split between the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. No featured charity leaves empty handed. The provision selection is top-notch and cocktails are developed monthly to pair with featured charities. All Texas wines and spirits are available, as well as the house brand, A to Z.

The seating is family-friendly, and entertaining games are onsite for kids of all ages, as well as a “chill zone” for children with special needs who could use an occasional sensory break from the hustle and bustle of the venue. Plan to attend Fall Fur Fest on October 19 for fun for the whole family!
