Earlier this week, Billy Bob’s Texas posted a photo to their Instagram page letting fans of the honky tonk know that they’re hosting a coat drive. Billy Bob’s is hoping to get coats to those in need while Texas endures this tough winter. As an incentive, the venue is offering free tickets to shows in January or February. A new or gently worn coat or jacket of any size will get Texans four free general admission tickets to shows that will draw enthusiastic crowds.

The Star-Telegram writes that all of the tickets for La Mafia have already been claimed, but music fans can still grab tickets for “Neal McCoy, Wade Bowen, Austin Allsup, Kevin Fowler, Shinyribs, Joe Nichols, Tyler Farr, Unleashed Live Reunion Tour, Shane Smith & The Saints and Jason Boland & The Stragglers” after they bring in their coats.

The coat drive will run through the 31st of this month, and they’ll be distributed to the Northside InterChurch Agency and Union Gospel Mission. Take your donation to Billy Bob’s Texas at 2520 Rodeo Plaza at either noon on Sunday or weekdays at 11 a.m.
