Joanna Gaines Shares 2019 Resolution to Widespread Fan Approval

In a recent Instagram post, Joanna Gaines, of HGTV fame, has shared from her home in Waco, Texas, the new year’s resolution she’s working on for 2019. “I’m challenging myself in this new year to live for now. The present. Taking in every breath, every sight, and sound and holding it dearly… I want to rid myself of the little distractions because I have found that these are the thieves that steal our moments and rob our days. But time, time is our most precious gift,” she wrote.

The former “Fixer Upper” star and mother of five has led a life that many dream of, but few understand. Sharing bits and pieces of her world through her blog, the Magnolia empire, and media appearances, Gaines has garnered a following that understands her passions. Together with her husband Chip, Joanna has released a home collection to Target and has announced their return to television. Amidst all the hustle and bustle of life, the holidays, and the start of a new year, her resolution to be more mindful shouldn’t surprise anyone!

In a recent post to their YouTube channel, TODAY shared a tour of their famous farmhouse, which the Gaines have made their home.
