The owners of Grape Creek Vineyards present the Texas Hill Country wine experience you’ve been waiting for! Heath Sparkling Wines is now taking reservations for its new tasting room.
Heath Sparkling is the first of its kind – a Texas winery devoted entirely to sparkling wines. The new tasting room had its grand opening in July, 2019, and the response has been unanimously favorable. From members of Grape Creek Vineyards’ own wine club to newcomers, everyone who’s visited this elegant tasting room has fallen in love with everything Heath Sparkling Wines has to offer. Judging from the enthusiasm, this will be a highly desired Texas Wine experience for decades to come.

Situated amidst the vines and sharing a common entrance with Grape Creek on Wine Road 290, Heath Sparkling Wines is an architectural feast for the eyes. “We really love the clean, modern lines of this new tasting room, and think it’s a great match for the tasting experience inside,” said Brian Heath, owner of Grape Creek.
The Sparkling Experience showcases vintage sparkling wines in a stunning tasting room, highlighted by guided private tastings that convey a full sensory experience. With window-scapes overlooking verdant vineyards, the presentation of vintage sparkling wines includes culinary bites that compliment the unique flavors and textures of each wine from Heath Sparkling.
Heath Sparkling does utilize traditional techniques from Champagne, including Méthode Champenoise – secondary fermentation and extended aging on the lees. “Sparkling wine takes a different process than how we make our Grape Creek red and white wines,” said Jason Englert, the wine maker for both Grape Creek and Heath Sparkling. “And the variety of grapes gives us an amazing program featuring many different styles of Sparkling with a unique vintage character.”

During the tasting, guests enjoy a bit of show and tell, through a beautiful virtual tour of Texas vineyards that grow grapes for the new sparkling winery, and interesting views of production of Heath Sparkling, at each tasting suite.
