Summer Body Rock Bootcamp This bootcamp is not for the faint at heart. This is an intensive and demanding full body workout that combines a variety of cardio, strength training and body sculpting. Swing Dance Lessons/Two Ton Tuesdays Tuesdays are swinging in Gruene with swing dance lessons, followed by live rock-a-billy music through August. Beginners and pros alike can practice their wraps, turns and spins, then show off later that night to the tunes of Two Tons of Steel.
