Mason, Texas Has A Mountain of Happenings Scheduled This Weekend

April 2  The World Series Professional Bull Riders make their way to Mason for a night of broncing good times. With mutton busting for the kids and a variety of food and beverages for the adults, there is something for everyone at this rodeo. All proceeds benefit the Mason Rodeo Association’s Scholarship Fund for Mason High School Seniors. $5 adults, 10 years old and younger, free. 7 p.m. Ft. April 2  Come walk the Historic Market Square and check out beautiful works of art from local artisans and musicians. Handmade batik silk, paintings and beaded jewelry will be available for purchase, as well as artwork from local elementary and junior high students.
