River Revival is the New Braunfels festival that offers the kind of rich experience only the Texas Hill Country can provide. Featuring live music, camping, floating the Guadalupe River, and so much more, the 2018 event is scheduled for September 27 through September 30. It’s jam-packed with amazing talent on the main stage, one-of-a-kind late-night acoustic sessions, and a great variety of activities for those who are inclined to hike, fish, canoe, kayak, and more. This is one event you won’t want to miss!
River Revival has once again partnered with KL Ranch Camp in the Texas Hill Country to host this amazing event. The festival grounds will stretch over the entire expanse of the property’s riverfront. In addition to this wonderful venue, the campgrounds across the street, (KL Camp “Cliffside,”) has also been reserved. Together, they make up more than 10 beautiful acres of cliffside and riverfront settings for festival-goers to escape the every-day and experience the extraordinary.

The festival is open to the public, and although it was designed for an adult crowd, kids under 10 will be admitted for free. If you’re camping with a child, your site will be established in the family camping area or at KL Camp Cliffside. Featuring a select group of carefully curated artists, the festival is held annually during the last weekend of September, as the river’s peak season winds down. It’s the perfect time for a three-night event, considering the evenings are cooler and there are generally fewer people on the river.

Add tubing, paddle-boarding, a rope swing, and swimming, and this festival has the makings of a great end-of-summer memory. Workshops, yoga, kid’s activities, and art are just a few of the options available to River Revival festival fans. The group float and (new this year) float parade will definitely make you fall in love with the gorgeous Guadalupe River. One, two, and three-day, all-inclusive passes are available for $100, $195, and $265 per person, respectively. Tickets, as well as camping space and pricing, can also be found at the link provided here.

Beverage sponsors include Saint Arnold Brewery, Deep Eddy, Fix Coffee, and Boomtown Coffee, to name just a few. This year’s main stage performances include The Suffers, Bonerama, Jackie Venson, and Bayou City Funk, among a dozen others. Close out the summer festival season of 2018 the right way – in the Texas Hill Country!
