Students are back to school, and that means the annual decorating of the Texas dorm room to make them feel at home throughout the year. Many a mom has come up with wonderfully unique and space-saving ideas for their child moving off to college, but what about businesses? Yes, you read that right.

In a recent news release, Whataburger announced that Enrique Alcoreza, a Trinity University college student, was the beneficiary of a uniquely decorated dorm room. “Last year, when Enrique Alcoreza became a resident assistant at San Antonio’s Trinity University, he decked out the entire hall with handmade Whataburger signs and logos,” the release stated. It was his way of welcoming the students he would be leading – and showing them his favorite thing about college life. This year, Whataburger decided to thank this super fan by decking out his room in the finest Whataburger style.”

Subsequently, Alcoreza might score top marks for having the Texan-ist dorm room on Earth. Done in the company’s signature colors of orange and white, the dorm was also outfitted with an A-frame-shaped shelf in the fashion of Whataburger’s iconic fast-food chain stylings. Burger pictures adorn the interior brick wall, and a striped, orange and white runner rests at the foot of the bed. Basically, everything Whataburger was strategically placed in his dorm. For those of you looking to mirror the style, some of the items were specially made for this project, while many things such as mugs, mouse pads, t-shirts, and pens can be purchased on the Whataburger website. Originally hailing from El Paso, Enrique is no stranger to the Texas fast-food chain, which boasts 21 Whataburger locations within the west Texas city’s limits.
