Paella, tapas or light bites, desserts, and drinks are all served here, along with live music. Traditional Spain is the vibe, with a breezy, modern take. Try the Lavender Sangria, cod fritters, and a huge paella for three with prawns, mussels, squid, and saffron rice. Open Wednesday and Thursday from 3 to 9 p.m., Friday from 3 to 10 p.m., Saturday from noon to 10 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 3 p.m. Online ordering for curbside pickup is available in addition to the patio.

N’s Thai Food, located on the other side of town, is serving up authentic soups, noodle dishes, stir-fries, and curries. Compadres Hill Country Cocina, the veteran-owned food truck turned brick-and-mortar business, has a tasty menu with items such as street tacos, ceviche, posole, pan dulce, carnitas, and barbacoa! Then full circle back, as next door to Botero is the Richter Tavern, an experience not to be missed. The view alone is a surefire delight! Enjoy a cocktail at the second oldest bar in Texas, gobble up some delicious cuisine, then shop in the air conditioning downstairs.
