3. Wildflowers: The Texas Hill Country wildflowers draw hordes of people every spring. Some flower varieties include: Bluebonnets, Indian Paintbrush, Firewheels, and Wine Cups
4. Barbecue: Barbecue in the Texas Hill Country is characterized by rubbing the meat with spices and slow cooking it over indirect heat using woods germane to the area like pecan or oak.
5. Wine: The Texas Hill Country is home to over 45 wineries. Don’t try them all in one day!
