Easily accessible from I-10, Jerry Mikeska’s Bar-B-Q simply appears to be (from its exterior) a standard place to get a bite to eat. However, one look inside the door, and you’ll see why it’s considered the unique spot that it is. Hundreds of taxidermized animal heads can be seen mounted on its walls! Not only are the walls mounted with this great menagerie, but the lighting is also suitably decked out.
