When your children experience a trip to Great Wolf Lodge, you can bet you’re going to hear to go again almost as soon as you’ve checked out! The setting for this resort complex in Grapevine features majestic wolf statues guarding the entrance to a woodland-style facility which is 98,000 square feet of air-conditioned, action-packed family fun. Featuring an 80-foot tall water park which is impressive, to say the least, the resort features 10 indoor waterslides, a wave action river, six pools, and a treehouse water fort. Outside, they boast a rope obstacle course together with a second 84,000 square-foot water park!

When you need to find a bite to eat, the resort houses five dining options from sit-down steak dinners to lighter fare for those avid swimmers. They also have a dessert option and a Starbucks! There are souvenir shops to browse and games for kids to play, including MagiQuest: an enchanting game allowing children to go on interactive quests and adventures throughout the hotel, using a MagiQuest wand. When they point their wands at items throughout the resort, it becomes a virtual part of the game. Other nearby attractions to this wonderful family-focused stay are LEGOLAND Discovery Center and SEA LIFE Grapevine Aquarium. Chances are good however, you’ll have a hard time peeling your kids away from this wonderful Texas summer hot spot. And why would you want to?!
