Another spray that is very effective for sunburn relief quickly and naturally is made from tea, instant or brewed, but no sugar or lemon. Mix it normally and apply with a cloth if you do not have a spray bottle. This method is tried and true and goes back many centuries.

Damage is always done to your skin from burns. Redness is considered a first degree burn, blisters are a 2nd-degree burn, and anything worse is always a 3rd-degree burn which needs immediate medical treatment. If you develop blisters don’t burst them. Let them dry up or rupture on their own. Keep those areas very clean and dry to avoid any possible infections.

Enjoy being outdoors in the sun, but be smart and know your limits so you don’t burn. Also, always wear shades with a UV protection in the lense.

As always, be sure to consult your physician before using any natural remedies or before changing your healthcare regimen, especially if you have allergies, are currently experiencing health problems, or are taking any medication.
