On October 21, fast food chain Arby’s will offer a venison burger at all of their 3,300 locations. Arby’s offered up the deer meat sandwich last year, but it was a limited engagement for only 17 locations across the country.

Fox 5 explains that curious eaters will get a chance to try the burger until their supplies end. “When we run out, we run out,” Arby’s wrote on Facebook. Commenters who work at Arby’s are saying that the supplies will be limited to 100 patties per store. KHOU quotes Arby’s Chief Marketing Officer Jim Taylor as saying, “If people are interested in trying the sandwich, the only way to guarantee they can get one is to get there when we open or a little before and make sure they are in line, just like the folks last year.”

Arby’s is also trying out yet another meat this year – elk. In select stores in Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana, they’ll unveil their elk sandwich that will be similar to the venison offering except it will be paired with a blackberry port wine sauce. Fox 5 explains that the venison is “…marinated in garlic, salt and pepper and then sous-vide for three hours to juicy, tender perfection and the juniper berry sauce is a Cabernet steak sauce infused with juniper berries.”
