The earth’s rise into what is known as the Llano Uplift is what creates this rich geologic environment. The Llano County Historic Museum is a fun spot to learn more about geology as well as explore Llano’s rich, captivating history. Stepping into this building is a treat all its own, considering it once housed the Bruhl Drugstore, and the original soda fountain and leather stools are still intact.
